All maids will receive systematic training before taking up their posts, covering daily affairs of Singaporean families, caring for the elderly and children, hygiene standards and basic communication etiquette, to help them adapt to the working environment faster and improve the quality of service. We listen patiently and deeply understand the actual needs of each employer, providing all-round consultation from family structure, living habits to specific requirements for maid skills. Through one-on-one communication, we recommend the most suitable candidates to employers to ensure a high degree of matching and smoother cooperation. Understanding employers is the first step in providing quality services.
Step 3
We adhere to strict screening standards and comprehensively evaluate each maid from skills, experience to personality traits to ensure that the recommended candidates meet the needs of the employer. After matching, we will quickly arrange interviews to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the maid's background and actual abilities, thereby increasing the success rate of matching. Accurate recommendations and efficient interviews make the hiring process more worry-free.
Step 4
Once the employer confirms the candidate, we will immediately start the follow-up process, including arranging health checks, preparing entry documents and related formalities to ensure that the maid meets Singapore regulations and arrives smoothly. We strictly control every detail, just to let the employer wait for the maid to arrive without any worries.
Step 5
After the maid arrives in Singapore, we will arrange professional pre-job training, covering the daily living habits of local families, basic housework skills, practical operations of caring for the elderly and children, as well as communication etiquette and safety awareness. Through practical exercises and situational teaching, we help maids quickly adapt to the working environment in Singapore and provide employers with more professional and appropriate services.

We provide door-to-door maid service to ensure that the maid can join the job smoothly and feel at ease. From arranging pick-up to assisting with on-the-job related matters, we follow up the whole process until the maid arrives safely at the employer's home and starts working smoothly.
